Don’t get into a Ruck with your Harzardous Waste !

You’ve got to be on your toes and ready when complying with Waste legislation.  Unlike a Rugby match you do not want to be battling and defending your way through the evergrowing rules and regulations.  Make a mistake and the penalties will cost you.

If you want to talk to Site Clear from the sidelines then we will guide you and get you match ready.  Changes do occur and you need to have the steps in place to make sure you are notified and these are put into action.  In 2017 we witnessed the changes in the unique consignment note code and registering your premises with the Environment Agency if you produce 500kg or more of hazardous waste is not a requirement now.  I would ask yourselves the question of who communicates these changes to you, who is doing your team talk and who is your captain that takes these actions.  Site Clear will always keep their customers notified of all changes ensuring that at no stage in the game you are given a red card.

Some things to consider

• Have you classified the waste? Is it hazardous or non-hazardous? For more information on classification and guidance go to UK website.
• Once classified is the waste separated and stored safely until such time as it can be collected?
• Is the company you are using registered to do the job?
